These Summer nights have us grilling a lot over at our house. I can’t wait to share our newest family favorite Marinade. This recipe is so light and flavorful. It’s perfect with sides of potato salad, corn on the cob and watermelon. It takes the barbequing up a notch. Now invite some friends over, string up some lights, lights a few candles and enjoy these gorgeous Summer nights! -Kaylee xo

GOLDEN HONEY, ORANGE AND ROSEMARY
MARINATED CHICKEN

MARINADE:

Grated zest of 1 orange (about 1 1/4 tsp.)
Juice of 1 orange (about 1/3 c.)
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. dried rosemary or 1 tsp. fresh leaves stripped from stems
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
8 cloves garlic, peeled and left whole
1 orange, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2 inch thick half-moons (inclu. peel)
